1624 BLACK SPLICING TAPE

Siliconised black polyester film, coated with an aggressive adhesive for maximum adhesion on release surfaces. Good release characteristics on both PVC and PU coatings and very high temperature resistance (220°C).

738 KRAFT PAPER

Based on a brown kraft paper carrier coated with an acrylic adhesive and a release coat for easy unwind. The tape offers excellent adhesion to casting papers for PU and PVC synthetic leather production and will withstand untill 200 °C.
The tape can be used for many splicing purposes but specifically for splicing casting papers as a Back splice (on the non-release side) as used in the production of synthetic leather.

1614 SILICONE RED

A 25 micron clear polyester film, single coated with a high performance red silicone adhesive system. Total thickness: 93 micron.
Recommended for high masking applications and film and paper splice. 
It can be cleanly removed after use. Resists baking temperatures up to 200 °C up to 20 minutes. The high temperature silicone adhesive withstands 180 °C long term.

1304 ACETATE CLOTH

Based on a clear polyester film coated with a chemically pure yellow thermosetting adhesive. 1304 can be printed.
1304 is widely used as an insulating medium in capacitor and wound component manufacture. Excellent temperature resistance (from 130 to 155°C).

009 NOMEX

The most thin Nomex tape consists of a polyester film coated with NOMEX® paper (polyaramid) and with an acrylic adhesive.

NOMEX® paper (Polyaramid) offers maximum thermal performance, stability and durability; it is used for the insulation of coils of motors, generators and electric transformers.

Thermal class F (155°C)

1613 POLYESTER ORANGE

1613 is a translucent orange tape based on a polyester film with a heavy coating of specially formulated translucent silicone adhesive.
It is specifically designed for use as a stop-off mask in tin/lead stripping and precious metal plating in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
The adhesive resists plating bath chemicals without the risk of contaminating them.
Suggested for joining anti-adhesive surfaces.

2750 SMOOTH PAPER

Smooth impregnated white paper of 92 G / M²  with a dry natural rubber and resins adhesive.
High resistance masking tape, used as a protection during sandblasting, sanding in the automotive industry, advertising billboards, coil coatings, transformers and terminals. This product can also be used in condenser bandwidth. Equipped with good early adhesion, easy removal and excellent breaking resistance.

1612 HPT GREEN POLYESTER

ThIs is a 90μ polyester tape with 40μ high performance silicone adhesive. Resistant to 204 ° C.
Its durable adhesion allows high-precision masking. Removable from substrates without leaving any residues, it resists to corrosive agents.
Very good tensile strenght.

2450 CREPED PAPER

This self-adhesive tape in a yellow creped paper with a natural rubber adhesive.

It is used for masking and painting protection in car bodywork and furniture industry.

Also used and electronic industry such as finishing wound components and capacitors.

566 ALUFOIL

This tape is a 30 micron nominal dead soft aluminium foil, with aggressive solvent acrylic and protected by easy release liner.
It is designed especially for the heating and air conditioning industry, to seal and join air conditioning ducts in glass wool, insulation materials such as rock wool wrapped around metal pipes. 

DIMENSIONS 

This tape is available in standard width of 1000 mm, but can be supplied in rolls from 6 to 1000 mm of width.
The length of the rolls can be of 50 mt., 100 mt. and 300 meters. for rolls cut in widths > 50 mm.
Rolls of different lengths from the above mentioned are available only within certain technical limits that must be discussed with our technicians advisors.

1697 COPPER FOIL

A 1.4mil (36 micron) premium dead soft, zero temper, high tensile copper foil coated with an aggressive, conductive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Superior adhesion, malleability and adhesive conductivity allow for extremely low resistance and make this an excellent shielding tape. 
Designed to meet a wide variety of EMI/RFI shielding applications in the electronics industry. Also for use in printed circuit manufacture and repair. Foil accepts solder easily and does not oxidize

6200 D.A. PPL Transparent

Double sided adhesive tape with transparent Polypropylene carrier, synthetic rubber adhesive and silicone paper liner.
This double sided adhesive tape, suitable for indoor use, is characterized by strong initial tack and good peel adhesion. It can be used for the bonding of light objects, for the formation of samples, for the vertical closure of disposable woven-non-woven gowns and for the assembly of materials such as fabrics, paper and high surface energy plastic materials.

ROLLTEX 185

Double sided adhesive tape of 90 microns thickness with woven-non-woven carrier, pure acrylic adhesive and white siliconized glassine paper liner.
This double sided adhesive tape, suitable for outdoor use, is characterized by an excellent initial tack and high resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses. For the type of adhesive used it has excellent resistance to yellowing.
It can be used in various fields of application: from the assembly of nautical sails, to the structural fixing of accessory components, sound-absorbing panels and insulating materials in the automotive industry, to the fixing and assembly of leather articles and to splice paper and cardboard master rolls as well as medium-high surface energy plastic films.
